Sleep, Wonderful Sleep!

What do you do to get a good night's sleep? Warm milk? Cup of tea? The folks at Leesa Mattresses want to help you get the best night's sleep ever. I have struggled with insomnia over the years and have found different things that help.
As you can see from the graphic, there are a lot of things you can do to help your sleep. The big ones I think are the nighttime prep, which is important so you're not lying in bed thinking about what you need to get done, upgrade your bed, it has to be comfy, (check out Leesa's review on The Sweet Home) and set a bedtime. I have also heard that limiting exposure to your phone about an hour before bedtime helps too. A cup of warm milk, or if you can't do that, a cup of cocoa made with warm milk will help you relax. I do this a lot for my kids. Sleepytime tea or chamomile tea is also good. I have also heard that drinking a full glass of water in the morning before coffee will help jump start your energy. I have not tested this theory yet. Let me know what works for you! I'm always looking for new tips and tricks!
