Crock Pot Pork Chops!

This used to be a pork chop, but after this recipe, it was falling off the bone! I found this recipe on Food.com and used it today for dinner. It was so good! The only tweak I would do is put in about 2-4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. I think it needed a little more punch. Here is the recipe-

1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (I put in a little more)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2  cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 Tablespoons minced garlic

Place the pork chops in the crock pot. Sprinkle with onion and first garlic. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl together. Pour over pork chops. Cook on low about 7 hours. They said serve with rice but I did potato wedges. Enjoy!
