Peanut Butter Fudge!

When I'm stressed, I tend to clean and cook. Which my family thoroughly enjoys. I got some cookbooks from the library yesterday and this recipe is from The Amish Friends Cookbook which is a great cookbook. I love the little things in it about the Amish culture.

1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until smooth. Pour into 8 inch greased pan and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Hubby even loved this!
