One of the easiest recipes....

My hubby gets about 10 lbs of sausage every year from a guy at work who makes homemade sausage. So last year we decided to try this recipe to use up some of it and these suckers are amazing! Easy as can be, 3 ingredients, you can use mild or hot sausage (we like hot) and any kind of cheese but we used extra sharp cheddar. Just watch how big you make them, the bigger they are, the longer they take to cook and you need them all uniform so they cook evenly. But be warned, you can't stop at one or two. I think this recipe came from the Bisquick box but I'm sure it's all over the internet too.

Sausage Balls

1 lb sausage, whatever flavor you like
2 c Bisquick
1 lb cheese, any flavor, we like cheddar

Mix ingredients in a bowl. This requires using your hands. It will be crumbly. You have to really smoosh (technical term) them together. Form into bite size balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
