Buffalo Chicken Sliders
I think I'm going to make this for dinner one night. I know they are supposed to be like an appetizer but I think if I just use bigger buns, it could be the main dish. They look sooo good! And easy! Just throw in the crockpot! I have seen this recipe in many variations all over the internet but this one in particular is from allrecipes.com and I chose this one because it cooks the ranch in it, which my ranch crazy family will enjoy!
4 chicken breasts
1 bottle buffalo wing sauce, such as Frank's Red Hot
1/2 package dry ranch mix
2 T butter
Either small rolls, hamburger buns, or hoagie rolls, whichever way you want to serve them
Place chicken in the crockpot and pour 3/4 of the bottle of sauce and the ranch mix over top. Cover, cook on low 6-7 hours. Once cooked, add butter and shred finely with 2 forks. Pile on rolls and splash with remaining sauce to serve. I have also seen where they put some ranch on top before serving. Yum!
